Our Services
Therapy and coaching to help you understand patterns and create lasting change.
We offer therapy and coaching designed to meet people where they are and support meaningful change. Our work combines insight with practical tools and is tailored to each individual or relationship. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, or life transitions, our approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore anxiety, perfectionism, self esteem, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Sessions focus on understanding what’s driving current difficulties while working toward practical changes that support emotional well being and growth.
Adolescent Therapy
A space that's genuinely theirs. Teens here work through anxiety, identity, social pressures, family stress, and emotional regulation without feeling judged or managed. Collaborative, developmentally informed, and focused on building real skills alongside self-understanding.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on improving communication, addressing recurring conflicts, and understanding relational patterns that create distance or tension. Sessions provide a structured, supportive space to clarify needs, strengthen connection, and develop healthier ways of relating.
DBT Informed Coaching
DBT informed coaching offers practical support for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This service is skills focused and collaborative, helping clients apply strategies in real time to manage intense emotions and navigate difficult situations more effectively.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but the process often follows a similar rhythm.
What to Expect
Starting therapy often brings a mix of curiosity, hope, and uncertainty. The goal is to make the process clear, collaborative, and supportive from the beginning.
The first conversation
Your initial consultation is a chance to talk about what's bringing you in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. We'll go over logistics, discuss your goals, and talk through next steps. There's no pressure to have everything figured out.
Early sessions
The first few sessions focus on understanding your concerns, relevant history, and the patterns contributing to current difficulties. This phase is about building a shared understanding and starting to identify what you'd like to change.
Ongoing work
As therapy continues, sessions balance reflection with practical strategies. We explore early experiences and relational dynamics alongside concrete ways to respond differently in the present. The pace and focus shift over time based on your needs and goals.
The therapeutic relationship
Therapy is a collaborative process. You can expect a space that is thoughtful, direct, and respectful. Humor, honesty, and curiosity are welcome, and feedback is encouraged. The work is serious, but it doesn't have to feel heavy all the time.
Progress over time
Change is rarely linear. Some shifts happen gradually, others more quickly. Throughout the process, we check in regularly about what's helpful, what's not, and how the work is supporting you.
