  • Services are offered on a private pay basis. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care. We can provide documentation for clients who wish to seek out of network reimbursement.

  • Individual sessions are typically 45 minutes and couples sessions are 60 minutes. Frequency is discussed together and may change over time based on your needs and goals.

  • DBT informed coaching is skills focused support that emphasizes emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is more structured and practical than traditional therapy and focuses on applying tools to daily life.
